Field Officer
Alicia, a Naracoorte local with 15 years of experience in the retail sector and 4 years in aged care, has completed a Graduate Certificate in HR Management. She supports GTE as the Field Officer for Penola, Lucindale, Keith, Bordertown, Kingston, Robe, and Naracoorte.

With a strong background in HR and WHS management, Alicia brings a practical and people-focused approach to her work, ensuring staffing and workplace needs are well supported. She is committed to helping apprentices and trainees succeed, providing guidance and support as they build the skills and confidence needed for their future careers.
